The SSC provides IT services including desktop services, application development and maintenance, application and website hosting including compute, storage and network communications, internet gateway services, the whole of government Parliamentary Workflow Solution and others such as IP telephony, video conferencing, and mobility solutions. And w... e provide corporate services such as human services (payroll, recruitment and reporting), financial, library, fraud, mail and communication services. Right now we're busy implementing the SSC with 16 separate projects complete or underway to develop and define how the SSC works through the provision of customer, people, finance and recruitment policies (among others). These policies should be largely in place by the end of the SSC's Implementation Phase in July. Our services catalogue is not far away and we're developing new tools to enable higher levels of customer service and relationship management across the public sector.
