About Shared Ethics Advisory Commission
SEAC is an organization founded in 2005 that represents local municipalities in Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties in Northwest Indiana. The commission focuses on raising ethics awareness and providing training to municipal employees, with 22 member municipalities committed to a shared Code of Ethics. SEAC trains designated employees to become ethics trainers for their peers and hosts an annual Ethics Summit open to the public.
