In order to build on the child's abilities and strengths, you can expect the following from the company's behavior team: The company's team is compromised of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and behavior assistants. All of the company's staff members are professionally trained and passionate about working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Ali is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She obtained her Master's in Psychology with a concentration in ABA in 2018. Ali has over 5 years experience working with children and adults with disabilities (ages 2-20) across home, school, and clinical settings. She also has experience consulting in schools with educators. Prior to becoming a BCBA, she served as a Counselor and Educational Tutor. Zaida holds a Master's in Special Education (2012) and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014. She is also a certified ESE Teacher with endorsements in ASD and ESOL.
