I cannot be held responsible for rashes, red marks etc when a dog has had to be clipped short due to an unkempt coat. Although I will always take the utmost care of your pet, dogs are liable to sudden movements, sometimes causing accidents. In the event of this happening, Shampooch cannot be held responsible. All of the shampoos and liquids Shampooch use are professional dog grooming products and have been tested for allergies. However I cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that your dog does have an allergic reaction to one of the products I have used. Please let me know beforehand if your dog has particularly sensitive skin. If you are late dropping off your dog for your appointment you may have to rebook. If you need to cancel an appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice otherwise calling an appointment off last minute will incur a charge of 50% of the estimated groom price.Read More
