Shaco Enterprises Ltd. was formed in 1997 as a partnership of Phil Cowan and Matthew Shaw to develop and support a new Microsoft Windows based package for Weed Man Canada. The developer, Chad Hosick was guided by Phil as Chad wrote the application using Phil's extensive knowledge of Weed Man lawn care processes having developed a previous version o... f the software and having been one of the earliest Weed Man franchise operators. Unfortunately, Phil passed away in the year 2000 and we consequently lost one of the great promoters of Weed Man and a renowned lawn care specialist. Shaco is fortunate to have two powerful and insightful resources to work with. Both Weed Man Canada and Weed Man U.S.A. have driven our flagship, Weed Man software (WEMMS.Net) to the forefront of lawn care software offerings and in doing so have given their franchises a huge advantage in a very competitive industry. The Weed Man operations continue to grow at an impressive pace and we are honored to be an integral part of this organization and share in its success.
