This is a drive through delivery (stay in your vehicle)! Drive in the front tear drop and someone will verify your name and identification. You must bring an ID or receipt in order to pick up your items. If you still need to purchase, bring $65 (exact cash) or credit card. If you are not available at this time, Balfour leaves the items with the office. The office is staffed on Tuesday-Thursday 7:30-3:30 and also Thursday 4-6. An ID/receipt is required. Graduation cords and NHS collars will also be distributed May 7th. Question: How will our students be able to pick up their items left at school now that they are not going back? For example: notebooks in class, band hall items, or clothes in athletics. Answer: Campus administrators are in the planning stages of establishing procedures for pick up of items left behind by students. Once the procedures are in place, they will be communicated with all parents. Question: What is the plan for UIL activities and events for the 2019-2020 school year? Answer: This statement was released by UIL, today, April 17, 2020. With the recent order by Governor Abbott closing schools for the remainder of this school year, and in an effort to help protect the health and safety of Texans, all remaining UIL activities for the 2019-2020 school year are now cancelled. Practices, rehearsals and workouts remain suspended until further notice. The previously communicated information allowing remote instruction remains in place. We will work closely with schools to determine the best course of action moving forward, including relaxing coaching restrictions in some ways to allow students to prepare for the coming year.
