About SETAS
SETAS was set up in 2017 by Richard Brooks to deliver employment, health, wellbeing and mental health programmes in Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and London. Richard has been delivering large Employment and Skills Programmes for 17 years, for Charities, Prime Contractors and Sub-contractors. Richard is a Fellow (and former Board Member) of the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) and a current Board Member of ERSA (Employment Related Services Association). We were delighted to have the chance to deliver our first contract with Kennedy Scott in August 2017; the DWP/ESF Help to Work contrac t covers the Coast to Capital LEP and SETAS delivers in Horsham District and Epsom and Ewell Borough. We work with long-term unemployed people or those with multiple barriers, offering a person-centred approach to delivery, working closely alongside Jobcentre Plus and other stakeholders.
