Siegmund "Sig" Brown founded SERVEGROUP to meet the need in the Tulsa area for creative and professional venue foodservice concessions and catering. Sig is a classically trained chef with a degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University's School of Hospitality Management and an MBA from the University Tulsa. Prior to moving... to Tulsa in 1997, Sig's experience includes senior management positions in some of the world's greatest culinary cities, including Vancouver, Miami, Chicago, Orlando, San Francisco, and New York.
