Servay is led by two experienced business professionals. Todd McDonald has been a student of management and motivation for 14 years. He has used his formal education - an undergraduate degree in business and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University - and his 14 years of business experience to start and run three successful companies. Throughout his car... eer, he has worked extensively in 4 separate industries throughout the US, Canada, and Italy. In addition, he has spent the last three years teaching Leadership and Management at St. Mary's University in Canada, focusing largely on employee motivation and satisfaction. Todd also dedicates time to various non-profit groups, serving as Chairman of the Board for Affirmative Industries, a non-profit group dedicated to improving the lives of persons with disabilities, and as a volunteer for The Lance Armstrong Foundation, The National Ovarian Cancer Association, and The Adsum House for Women and Children. Craig McDonald is an expert in research methodology, having spent most of his 16 years in the business world doing various forms of Market Research. He successfully managed the customer satisfaction research process at a major Canadian insurance and financial services company, while also developing new research campaigns focusing on brand awareness and supplier satisfaction. Craig also has experience leading research activities for a leading real estate investment company and for a packaged food company. Craig has relied on this experience as well as his formal education, undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Finance and an MBA from St. Mary's - to develop a proven survey methodology used in Servay's Motivation Tracking and Employee Satisfaction Surveys.
