My name is Serena and I'm a vintage loving, video game playing documenter of love stories. (Basically a nerd with a camera.) I first stumbled across the beautiful craft of photography in 2007 and, after assisting my very first wedding, I became obsessed with the art of capturing fleeting moments. It was a privilege to witness a strong bond between... two individuals and the coming together of family and friends from near and far. It was then when I left my full-time job at a biotech company to pursue my dream of creating beauty out of ordinary moments. I haven't looked back since. I use a combination of film and digital cameras to create timeless images - filled with a blend of romance, whimsy, and authenticity. My goal is to bring out the best in you, so that you can look back on honest images of yourself and your loved ones. The connection between you and your photographer is such an important factor in capturing images that adequately and sincerely tell the story of your day. After all, your photographer will spend the majority of the day by your side. If you feel a true connection to my work, I would love to hear from you and learn more about your love story.
