Sequoyah is committed to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the admissions process. All admissions materials are the sole property of Sequoyah School. This includes recommendation forms from previous schools, Sequoyah teacher observation notes, application forms, testing data, medical information, documentation from special needs consultat... ions, and any other written information that may be accumulated during the admissions process. Recommendations, observations, and notes made during the admissions process do not become part of the student's permanent educational record. Access to admissions files is limited to the Admissions Director, Director, Sequoyah teachers and members of the administrative staff, as deemed appropriate by the Admissions Director. All people receiving pre-enrollment materials or involved in meeting, observing, assessing, and/or recommending prospective families and student applicants, are expected to observe the school's policy on confidentiality.Read More
