Bandna Kochhar is the author of a Book on Property development. She is passionate about Property and interior design, and has been active in providing services in both areas for over 15 years. Combined with her natural artistic and business flair, she has attended a variety of well regarded interior design courses. In addition, she has completed a variety of projects, from advice on furnishings to project management of complete rebuilds. She has been interviewed and proposed for the well known TV interior design programmes " Changing Rooms" and " Selling Homes". She has had her work featured in various magazines including "Homestyle" and " Your style" winning plaudits for Build Architecture and Home Design. Previous Projects link shows a selection of flats and Houses built with examples of finishes. Current Project is 5 new luxury newbuild flats in Surbiton "Urban8" completing Early 2013. Built in a Conservation area these have a sympathetic visage but with high end contemporary finishes and urban feel.
