My mission is to help my clients become a better version of themselves, transformed by raising their level of consciousness. I began my career in 1999 as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. For over 20 years, I helped individuals and couples solve their problems at various stages of their lives. Ive shared my professional advice as a guest speaker on talk radio shows, relationship panels, and seminars forums. In addition, I founded and host an annual Girlfriends' Retreat, "Becoming the Best Version of Yourself," held in South Florida. After years of practicing Marriage and Family Therapy, I decided to change my career path. I transitioned out of traditional therapy as a therapist and launched Free Yourself Strategies and Consulting". It is my sweet spot for marrying my skills as both a therapist and life strategist.
