Sengital

Sengital Ltd. is a technology company that established since June, 2004 to capture the up-and-coming global market in motion sensing products. The core R&D team is from CUHK (The Chinese University of Hong Kong). In the 3 year research and development in CUHK, the team won 6 academic paper contests and awards as well as 3 business plan competitions... including The First Runner-up of Division V in Moot Corp Competition at University of Texas at Austin. By the awarded technology VRMS (Virtual Reality Motion Sensing), the initial product, programmable VRMS PC game controller, was launched by Dec, 2004. Since 2005, Sengital started to explore more potential technologies and decided to develop our own wireless technology. So, we investigated IEEE802.15.4 ZigBee standard and developed many applications using ZigBee and other wireless products and solutions. From hardware (RF circuit design and antenna design) to software (wireless communication protocol, network communication, and API), our R&D team can provide one-stop-shop services to customers. As a result, Sengital developed many innovative products and solutions which are award winning items such as Wireless Power Socket - Bee Station, Bronze award of HKICT award 2006 - Wireless Technology and Wireless DMX-Link, Bronze award of HKICT award 2007 - Wireless Technology. With the network in Hong Kong Science Park, Sengital worked with E-Mice Solutions (HK) Limited, operator of Hong Kong Post for all of the services of Hong Kong Post Certification Authority since Dec 2006.
