Karen is... responsible for administrative business operations including client relations, sales and marketing, finance and employee development. With a strong background in finance, client relations and human resources, Karen is positioning SelectView Data Solutions for growth. Karen studied Organizational Psychology at St. Louis University. She spent 12 years as a Client Relationship manager for MetLife Retirement Services and believes in partnering with clients to achieve results. Prior to joining SelectView Data Solutions, Karen worked as a Finance Manager with BJC Healthcare. At BJC, Karen was responsible for the Revenue Cycle reporting team, providing monthly and custom reports for all BJC hospitals. Bill founded SelectView Data Solutions in 2013 to streamline processes and reports for clients. Bill is responsible for operations and product development. Bill works directly with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Bill studied Organizational Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana. Prior to founding SelectView Data Solutions, Bill worked for Brown Smith Wallace (BSW) performing IT audits, building applications, and automating processes to increase employee productivity. While working for BSW, Bill began working with clients to enhance the Vista by Viewpoint platform. Radek started working with SelectView Data Solutions in January 2016 as a freelance programmer. He became our first remote employee and in June 2018 assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
