Select Oilfield Services was formed in February of 2011 in Harvey Louisiana to better serve the oilfield industry. After a few short months Select had out grown the initial 3 units and single lift boat by June of the same year. Select negotiated and bought Wireline Specialist of Louisiana, this acquisition added an additional 23 units including 4 l... and quick rig trucks and a Lafayette Division. As well as the slickline growing so has our marine department with to date has 4 Jack-ups and 1 Self Propelled Barge bringing Select's fleet count to 5. In addition, Select's diversified team has built a $3M dollar platform from ground up (actually water up) as well as other various repairs, upgrades, pipe repairs, tie ins, flowline construction, etc. utilizing current manpower and certified welders.
