Select Milling, LLC was founded in 1997 as part of the Van Zuilen Group of Companies. The Van Zuilen Group of Companies is a third generation family business located in Claremont, Minnesota. As a family business, the Van Zuilen's have maintained a significant interest in livestock production, crops and livestock feed manufacturing. Doug and Arleen... Van Zuilen of Claremont, own Select Milling LLC and have been actively involved in the family business since 1973. They have three sons and a daughter who are involved in the day-to-day operations of the farming side of the business. The Van Zuilen family has a long and respected history of involvement in the livestock production industry. Over the years they have developed many long-lasting relationships with suppliers and customers and continue to do so today. As a food waste processor, we work with many types of products regardless of the size of the facility. At Select Milling, we have a strong commitment to protecting the environment. We are in the process of converting the farm to a natural gas operation to become as "green" as possible, reduce costs and reduce our footprint on the land we farm to preserve it for future generations.
