SEDAC FRANCE is located in Nogent-sur-Seine - France and specialised in the manufacture of slatted bed bases, foldable beds and various other bedding-related products. In this segment, SEDAC FRANCE is one of the leaders on the French market with 400 000 units produced per year. With the objective of international expansion and increased proximity of its customers, SEDAC MERAL is developing manufacturing facilities in markets abroad. All these facilities sell products under the SEDAC MERAL brand name. Via Ferrata is a Moscow-based manufacturing facility selling SEDAC MERAL products under license. Via Ferrata occupies 15 000 m2 and employs around 260 people. Sedac Sofabeds Components (SSCS) is our production unit in Shanghai which produces sofa bed mechanisms under lincense. S.S.C.S. plays a key role in penetrating the Southern Asian market and from there, deliver Australia and New Zealand I.F.A. is located in Portugal and manufactures sofa bed systems. With a capacity of 70 000 mechanisms per year, I.F.A. sells locally to wholesalers and to the upholstery industry. I.F.A. covers the local market as well as Spain, Italy and North African Countries. Meral BG is located in Bulgaria and manufactures sofa bed systems. Our sales represent 60% of the local market. Meral is pursuing its growth by exporting in Romania, Greece, Turkey and Ex-Yugoslavian countries.
