Seattle Juniors was one of the first volleyball club opportunities in western Washington, originally formed to help train and advance local talent to the next level. The club developed a very positive reputation for their quality of training, the competitive opportunities offered, and putting the athlete first. As a result, Seattle Juniors endured... great success in their early years. The hiatus is over as Seattle Juniors is back! Building on the foundations original to the club, Seattle Juniors has assembled one of the highest quality coaching staffs in the Pacific Northwest. With 200+ years of collective coaching experience, the Seattle Juniors staff has undoubtedly helped to grow the game in western Washington. Our coaches have experienced the pinnacle of success, including being a part of NCAA championship teams, developing all-American athletes, earning medals at the USAV Girls' Junior National Championships, and guiding many athletes towards achieving their goals of competing and succeeding at the next level. At Seattle Juniors, not only does our staff take pride in our own growth and opportunities to continue getting better as leaders and coaches, our greatest commitment is in the pride we place in our opportunities to help guide young volleyball athletes to learn and achieve. Our athletes make us who we are. The foundations of high quality instruction and competitive opportunities are coupled with our staff being committed to offering a fair environment, one in which athletes will compete for their opportunities, where they can dialogue openly with their coaches about their progress, and feel valued as a contributing member of their team's efforts and accomplishments.
