Steven holds Chartered Business Valuator and Certified Fraud Examiner designations and is a well-respected professional in his field. Servicing clients in Toronto, he has extensive experience with private companies and their stakeholders in the areas of business and inta... ngible asset valuations, litigation support, transaction services and fraud. Over the years of his practice, he has provided advice to and prepared reports for an extensive body of clients. He has been involved in cases in connection with shareholder and partnership buyouts and disputes, mergers and acquisitions, tax and estate planning, family law matters, business interruption litigation, personal injury litigation, and fraud investigations. Steven has conducted numerous business valuations, due diligence, damage quantification and fraud and forensic accounting engagements in many different industries over the past seventeen years. He was also a Standing Member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators' Education / Continuing Education Committee for four years.
