SCRAP is fortunate to be led by a board of directors that is accomplished, engaged, and passionate about our mission. We continue to sharpen our operations strategically with guidance from two CPAs, an attorney, and a project manager. We elevate our educational programming with leadership from a seasoned educator, a teaching artist, and a foundatio... n board chair. We amplify our national voice with a leading reuse expert and the founder of an upcycled goods online marketplace. SCRAP is proud to be guided and governed by this talented board. The SCRAP USA team makes up the administrative services hub. From this central place, they provide leadership and support to the creative reuse center network. Policies, best practices, accounting, marketing and communications, educational programming, grants administration, legal services, human resources, compliance, systems, and other services support the site directors so they can invest their talents in their local communities. SCRAPs site directors are reuse activists and community leaders. They are engaged in the local arts, environment and education efforts in large metros and in small rural communities. These directors demonstrate that SCRAP is a valuable and sustainable resource in big, small, North, South, East, West and Midwest locations. They lead the way in advocating for creative expression with reclaimed materials. And, these talented leaders spearhead Trashion Fashion and Rebel Craft Rumble events and add their voices to other environmental, arts, crafts and education advocates in their communities.
