The company was founded in 2005 with its first branch in Pretoria (Silvertondale), and soon expanded to Johannesburg (Heriotdale) and Nelspruit (Riverside), with the head office situated in Pretoria. All SCPD branches are managed by highly professional and empowered individuals with a high level of autonomy, who are all part of the core management... team of the company as a unit. All sales staff are part of this close knit team, and continuously receive training and development, to ensure that SCPD remains a benchmark in the industry for product and industry knowledge and service delivery. Each branch has a dedicated delivery infrastructure, and delivers directly to site in Gauteng and Mpumalanga. Through a satellite outlet arrangement with Gyproc Saint Gobain, SCPD also services large customers and projects in Limpopo, KZN and the Western Cape. SCPD takes pride in its agility and ability to optimise turnaround times both for collections at our depot's and order processing through to delivery. All branches stock the full range of Gyproc standard products and systems, and commit to optimal turnaround times for low stock eventualities as well as special order products.
