With a comprehensive assessment we can identify what help is needed and where and how to get help. We will: Arrange and monitor services in the home Assess whether alternative living arrangements are needed Provide monitoring of care in a facility for families living at a distance Provide a variety of unique services as each client situation warrants The Clinical Staff at SCP/GSP has vast experience in clinical social work from working with children with special needs to older adults. Our registered nurse has over 23 years experience in working with older adults with mental illness and dementia/Alzheimers Disease. Our Executive Director and co-owner, Carol Hershey, was the only social worker asked to present at the 2012 Pennsylvania Conference of State Trial Judges. Carol presented on Guardian Law.
