Scott Homes

Building Extreme Green energy efficient homes for our customers is our passion. Our homes are built to exceed building code to save you money and keep you and your family comfortable. Your friends wont believe you when you tell them how much youre saving in utility bills every month--(really, they wont believe you). An Extreme Green home starts wit... h an airtight shell (roof, walls, and floor) for your home built with SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels), triple pane windows, ductless heat pumps or geothermal (radiant) heating. This will keep your home warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer and improve the air quality in your home. As one of the top general contractors in the Olympia area, we are dedicated to exceeding code to levels of efficiency and quality. Scott Homes has earned praise not only from customers, but on national and regional levels. Pair energy efficiency with our extensive knowledge of building science and distinctive finishing details, and you can be confident you chose the right green builder for your next step home.Read More
