Founded in 2016 by Dr. Scott Hippeard, this practice is dedicated to the continuing excellent medical care of every patient. From newborns to the elderly, from physical to mental issues, this practice encompasses every aspect of health at every stage of life. We offer on-site laboratory services and comprehensive care for acute and chronic medical... issues. Minor surgical procedures are also offered. Our office is centrally located in SW Roanoke, close to the intersection of Electric Rd and Brambleton Avenue. We are located off Brambleton, at the entrance to Hidden Valley High School, across from St. John's Lutheran Church. Dr. Hippeard has been in the practice of medicine for over 20 years, most of which have been in private medical practice here in Roanoke. His wife, Lisa, is the practice's Office Manager. A graduate of Radford University (BSW/MSW), Lisa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by training. Katie McGuire, LPN, is Dr. Hippeard's nurse. A native of Salem, Katie excels at advocating for patient needs and going the extra mile. Courtney Lyle, our patient coordinator, excels at handling many tasks at once, with grace and confidence! We are thrilled to embark upon this new clinical venture with the opening of Scott C. Hippeard MD, PLC in August 2016. We are delighted to be partnering with Privia Medical Group, who will provide financial management services for our office.
