We will help the leadership of the reorganizing entity measure and assess key leaders and managers quickly, to help them sort out which people will be most critical to assume expanded responsibility given the new business environment. We will make specific recommendat... ions regarding needs for outside talent and help to assess candidtaes, though we will not generate large numbers of candidates or function as a search firm. Finally, we will make specific recommendation as to new structures and reporting relationships necessary to implement a new business plan.
