SCHSAsia is an impact-driven consultancy that specializes in projects, training, and consultancy focused on women empowerment. Its principal project the Women’s Advisory Council (WAC) is an engaged network of leaders and decision-makers committed to advancing gender equality in businesses in China. SCHSAsia facilitates opportunities for council mem... bers to share, learn, and participate; thereby, enabling a diversity of perspectives to inform decision-making with the aim to create long-lasting, systemic change within organizations and the wider community. In addition, our team implements innovative initiatives and sustainable projects proposed by the council including: Girls in STEMM, closing the gender gap in STEMM fields by engaging girls in STEMM subjects early on; the Women Empowerment Awards in China, recognizing trailblazing individuals and innovative companies promoting women in the workforce; and the Women's Economy Summit, raising awareness around the key role women play in global economic development.
