Paul Schmitt, our CEO, has a 40 year background in small company management, finance and marketing. Debbie Jirasek, our general manager and site supervisor, has a strong background in sales and marketing from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Kathy Gibbons, our accounting manager and resident MBA, has a 15-year background in all areas of real estate accounting operations as well as portfolio/asset management.
