Don't be surprise if you receive moist sticks as though this is a natural process in fresh dipping incense, they'll arrive wet. If our sticks are too wet all you have to do is allow them to air drop some or leave your bag open. Since all products are made to order, Please allow 2-3 days for orders containing incense, cones and bath salts for productions.
