Belhumeur, the President of SB STRATEGIES, LLC began his professional career with the Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA) serving as a labor organizer, business agent, negotiator, political action committee board member, delegate to the A. Phillip Randolph Institute, and delegate to the L. A. County Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO, CLC. The Labor Movement has taken Mr. Belhumeur to dozens of U.S. cities where organizing efforts have led to gains for thousands of working families. Mr. Belhumeur has also enjoyed union membership in SEIU Locals 721 and 347, and OPEIU Local 277.
