With over 30 years of experience in designing and installing modules, our parent company S&B Engineers and Constructors made the decision to expand on that knowledge in 2010 and began assembling modules at a facility in Channelview, Texas. Quickly outgrowing the initial facility, S&B Fabrication Services began in 2014, as S&B Modular Operations, wi... th the opening of a dedicated module fabrication and assembly yard. Located within the Cedar Port Industrial Park in Baytown, Texas, the new facility sits on 54 acres and features over 50,000 sq. ft. of covered production space in addition to a secure concrete laydown and assembly area.
