Savvy Software is a privately held corporation based in Portsmouth, NH. The idea for Savvy Content Manager grew out of our work developing database driven web sites for clients of Harbour Light Strategic Marketing (great NH Web Design). These clients wanted the ability to update their own web sites without having to use HTML, FTP or any other techn... ologies used in web development. In 2001, we implemented our first version of Savvy Software content manager for the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce (and they are still using Savvy today). Our development team is headed by Joshua Cyr, who has been using ColdFusion since its original release in the mid-1990's. Josh is active in local community groups, and a local ColdFusion and Flex User Group Manager. Bill Savoie is the founder and President of Savvy Software. He heads up the Sales and Operations functions of the business. He is also active in community groups, and has served as a board member for a number of area non-profits. He is currently on the Board of Trustees for Bridgton Academy. Collectively as a ColdFusion CMS software development group, we believe technology doesn't need to be intimidating, choosing not to take venture capital isn't a crime, and a warm, wet dog kiss is one of life's best rewards.
