Save South Africa

At Save SA, we're fighting as hard as we can so we can build a South Africa we can all be proud of. We're not a political party we're a campaign. We want to raise more campaign funds so that we can get more people out in protest to tell Zuma he must go. We have to defend our democracy. We have to stop the corruption, patronage and state capture. We... have to protect our Constitution and rebuild our sense of pride. We want to get more people to our rallies, and make sure those rallies are peaceful and safe. We want to build our presence on social media, and take out adverts so that more people join our campaign. We want to make more public statements and get more people involved in making our events, rallies, marches and protests a success. And we want our lawyers to make sure our rights are protected, and that we can protest in peace. We've already got faith-based organisations, civil society groups, trade unions, professional organisations youth groups and women's organisations backing us now we want you to back us too, by donating to our cause. We held a workshop for 150 activists in Pretoria on the 27th of April. Your funding allowed us to provide training booklets, stationery and transport for activists from Mamelodi, Soshanguve and other surrounding areas and build their understanding of active citizenry. Save South Africa has held a variety of Mass gatherings, including the Real state of the Nation last year, the 7th of April 100 000 person march as well as many others. Your funding has been used to organise venues, pay for marketing material, cover mobilisation transport costs and provide shirts for those involved!
