Optometrist Julia Saulsbury gained her Honours Degree in Optometry in the UK, qualifying as an Optometrist in 1976. Julia has been a proud Kiwi for over 30 years after moving from the UK in 1983, and is as passionate now about Christchurch and its people as she was when she first arrived. Julia's optometry objective is all about Vision for Life and making sure you live the life you want with healthy eyes and optimum vision. Needing glasses full time since the age of 8, Julia started wearing contact lenses in her twenties and is now well into the challenges of using a close work prescription as well. This means she has a first-hand understanding of vision problems and the challenges of choosing the right eyewear.
