Our Pretrial Diversion programs are tailored to the Court's desire. Our professional qualified Officers and Assistants are highly skilled; our training programs exceed the statutory requirements by rigorous training periods which allow for new staff to have confidence in their work product before monitoring probationer behavior. And that accountability may show itself in a variety of ways. Satilla Probation Management Corporation was founded in 1992 under the General Management of Catherine Byrd. In 1999, Ms. Byrd accepted the position of President and Chief Operations Officer. Ms. Byrd remains active in the day to day operations of three office locations. Judges and clerks alike have confidence in Satilla Probation as Ms. Byrd still attends court sessions and works closely with the courts.
