The SASC corporate office is located in the beautiful Mississippi River valley in Dubuque, Iowa. Since 1975, SASC has been providing services for individuals and families in the tri-state area. An additional office is located in Manchester, Iowa. SASC is licensed by the Iowa Department of Public Health as a Substance Abuse and Problem Gambling Trea... tment Program. To provide quality counseling, education, and support services to address alcohol, drug, and gambling concerns while promoting physical and mental wellness. SASC is part of the IDPH Integrated Provider Network, with services funded by the Iowa Department of Public Health and the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The Substance Abuse Services Center (SASC) has been awarded funding from the United Way of Dubuque Area Tri-States to support its High-Risk Youth Program in Dubuque County. As a United Way Partner Agency, SASC will receive $21,250 funding for the 2020-2021 school year.
