Their sense of urgency and compassion to make sure that things are the way they need to be is very important in the company's healthcare environment and the company truly appreciate their excellent customer service. The combination of the Saratoga Sky cloud solution and the Saratoga Hosted Voice platforms have allowed the company's business to flexibly scale while supporting the demands of the company's remote resources. Saratogas professional services, hosting, maintenance, security and backup of these platforms have allowed the company to provide even more focus on working with the company's clients to achieve their results. They provide creative and timely web-based support, careful maintenance of the company's server, and ensure safe document backup and storage. A capstone project was the building of a web-based program that is providing support for work the company is doing throughout all Northeast Tennessee school systems.
