We transitioned ownership in August of 2008 to Mike Brown. We have organic, fair trade, shade grown coffee as well as organic tea. Over the years we have established ourselves as Saratoga Springs local, well known coffee shop. When I first started working at this coffee shop I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with the other pe... ople that work here. Everybody was so filled with joy and enthusiasm and I could tell I would fit right into this thing we call a family. I quickly began to see why everybody loves this place so much. We make our own chai from scratch, not that yucky box stuff, ours is really good. You have an endless choice of specialty lattes, sometimes you don't even know how to choose from them all! The coolest thing about working here is how we create new ideas and new drinks all the time. We may have a small space to cook but man do we have good food. We have paninis, salads, wraps and breakfast sandwiches that we use real eggs with. People come here with their laptops and end up staying all day long, I don't blame them, we have awesome music taste. Every month we also have a new artist come in and display their own artwork, there's always something interesting to look at. Don't even get me started on all the candy we have, we have everything. So if your in between the ages of 0-100 you will really enjoy this coffee shop, I promise you.
