Sarai was founded in 2005 by Zac Mutrux in order to continue his work as a technology consultant to small organizations. The name Sarai means "great woman" or "woman of high rank" and was chosen in honor of our first customers, who were all women. Sarai is different from other tech support companies in our strong customer service orientation.
