Our carefully-selected staff of safe, experienced, punctual, courteous, helpful drivers has acquired a reputation for going above and beyond the call of duty-from retrieving forgotten lug... gage and airline tickets and quickly responding to last-minute pickup calls-to providing emergency weather-related evacuations and making midnight medication runs. Most of our long-term drivers live on Sanibel , so they know their way around the island, including the shortcuts-which comes in handy during the hectic "in- season" between January and April! We are the only Sanibel/Captiva based taxi service who owns their own commercial property and have been in business for 20 years. Our dispatchers answer the phone between 8 a.m. - midnight daily, our answering service receives late night/early morning calls, and after-hour pickups are available with a reservation. Contained pets are allowed in our vehicles for a nominal charge, and we accept cash, checks and credit cards. We also set up house accounts for regular clients. Not only do we take good care of our customers, but we are involved with several organizations in the community, including: CROW, BIG ARTS, Sanibel-Captiva Chamber of Commerce, Make a Wish Foundation, Lee County Sheriff Youth Ranch, Shrine Circus, P.A.L., Drug-Free Lee County, and the Bravo Ballet (during Sanibel productions). We have provided free transportation for benefit events and we have donated our retired vehicles for charitable causes. As much as we care about helping our friends in Sanibel/Captiva and Lee County, our most important mission is getting our clients where they want to go in a safe, comfortable, timely manner with friendly service the entire way.
