As a former Financial Advisor for the past 22 plus years (1997), Ive assisted many families and business owners plan for a comfortable retirement, save for their childrens and grandchildrens college education, as well as other significant financial matters that made a difference in their lives. Prior to my focus in financial services, I enjoyed a 2... 5-year career in sales and management in the wholesale furniture industry. Then, I had a vision that Baby Boomers (like me), would have to focus on saving for retirement and would need help & professional guidance to achieve their goals and dreams. With this in mind, I pursued a career in the financial services industry, later establishing Sandler Financial Group, LLC. To help broaden the services provided to clients, Eli earned the Certified Retirement Counselor® and Certified Wealth Strategist® designations. Eli also held FINRA Licenses Series 7, 63, 65, Life Insurance, Variable Annuity and Health, as well as The CT Partnership for Long Term Care Certification. In 1998, he founded and facilitated the Stamford Business Group - Stamford CTs oldest business networking group. We met every week to help each other with the challenges of being entrepreneurs and owning small businesses. After 21 years, the group still meets every Wednesday morning. Eli grew up in Miami Beach, FL and spent most summers in the New York City area before moving to NY, then to CT. Prior to moving to Jupiter, my wife & I lived in Stamford, CT for about 23 years.
