Sander Processing

We are a butcher shop where customers can bring in their own livestock and we will butcher and process the meat to the request of the customers. Jim Sander decided that he wanted to try to start up a butcher shop of his own that would go by the name of Sander Processing. Jim started this business in his own backyard in the year of 1984. Where that... business successfully ran until they were to small to meet the demands of their customers. So, in the early 2000's we decided it would be in our best interest to open a new and bigger building to help take in more animals and be able to do more work than ever before. We decided to open our new processing plant in Celestine, IN. The business still runs and operates in the same building to this very day in the middle of small-town Celestine, Indiana. But this business now runs under a little different management. Jim Sander is well into his 70's now and has since retired from the meat cutting industry.
