San Antonio Compensation Association

The San Antonio Compensation Association (SACA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization affiliated with WorldatWork's group partnership network. We have members comprised of professionals employed by businesses throughout San Antonio and the surrounding areas. This professional organization is dedicated to: the exchange of ideas regarding compensati... on and benefits trends and best practices; promoting the compensation and benefits field by developing partnerships with other Human Resource associations; and providing educational and professional development opportunities for compensation and benefits practitioners throughout the San Antonio area. SACA holds regular meetings to provide a forum for members and guests to attend informative presentations from leading-edge HR professionals, exchange ideas and information, and share innovative programs. The membership of the Association is open to any persons who are actively involved in designing, establishing, executing, administering or managing the compensation, benefits or work-life functions for their organization. Membership privileges are also extended to individuals who are accredited through WorldatWork (formerly American Compensation Association (ACA)), who are faculty members in human resources or its specialized functions, or who are students actively pursuing a degree in human resources or its specialized functions.
