During a visit to a dear friend and mentor, it was suggested that I should start a podcast. About what? I asked. About sales! he said. That was it. Thats how I can help, I thought. A few months later, Sales Is King hit the internet. I called it Sales Is King after the common business phrase, cash is king. But in my mind, sales and selling rule. And... maybe if I could deliver enough value, that I could possibly help save some of the 1 million reps targeted for extinction. About 10 episodes in, something unexpected happened. I received phone calls from listeners asking me to come in to help their sales teams. They wanted to see my curriculum and a proposal to help develop their teams and navigate the changes required to be successful. Well, I had no curriculum, or program. So, I wrote one!
