Salefish Property Management, LLC doing bus... iness as Salefish Properties was established in August 2004 by Nancy Jackson and Kristen Conti. Prior to signing on any clients and accepting any management properties, we joined the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) in order to attend classes on owning a property management business. The company remains active in NARPM at a national and state level in order to keep current on property management trends. When Kristen left in 2008 to reside permanently in the Port Charlotte area, Nancy obtained her Brokers license and became the sole owner of the business. Salefish Properties has a boutique management style, we want to maintain a small, elite portfolio of residential properties owned by individual investors. We want to have personal relationships with the owners of the properties that we manage.
