All Extrusion Blow Moulding Machines have an in - built Parison Programming System for providing customers with optimal savings in the weight of the article thereby bringing cost efficiency. Unit 2 - at Selakui, Dehradun is spread over 400 sqm with one manufacturing plant, separate storage areas for raw material and finished goods and a Quality Control laboratory. This unit is equipped with 7 Injection Moulding (IM) Machines of 100 T to 180 T capacity and 2 Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM) Machines of 1/4 Ltr capacity. Unit 3 - in April, 2011 Sai set up a manufacturing facility at Ras-Al-Khaimah, UAE, in the name of Sai Globus LLC, to cater to customers in the GCC countries.
