However, prior to moving to Texas, I worked 5 years employed by Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green, Ohio. Over time with continued changes in policies and structure, as an employed physician I wanted to practice more independently. Opening my own practice was not an easy decision, but I believed it was the best situation for myself and my patients at the time.
