Sacks Hospice Thrift Store of St. Joseph Health was founded in 1987 as a perpetual fundraiser for Hospice of Petaluma. We are a volunteer driven thrift store with dozens of dedicated and hardworking women, men and students donating their time and talents to make Sacks a warm and welcoming destination. Sacks is a non-profit 501(c)(3) with all procee... ds going directly back into our community. Your donations and purchases fully fund no cost grief services, children's programs and community education. The majority of those who have received these services have not had a loved one or family member receive Hospice Services but are members of our community who are in need. We have recently supported 584 grieving adults, 65 children and teens and coached 80 local school counselors in grief support.
