She displayed confidence and excitement right off the bat. She brought in a professional photographer and had an excellent brochure completed in just 2 days. The first open house brought in 16 groups of people and within 8 days a contract was placed on my home! This was especially critical for us because we were moving to Florida in just 3 weeks. She took care of all business related to closing. The papers were sent via Federal Express and all was wrapped up with a nice bow. We felt very "taken care of" every step of the way, and every single recommendation she made was dead-on.
