Sabea LLC is the firm responsible for the daily function of the CCSP Program in the CSRA. The Community Care Services Program or CCSP is a state Medicaid program administered through the Division of Aging and the CSRA Area Agency on Aging. Our program is designed to aid those elderly or functionally impaired to continue living in their homes and co... mmunities. We offer community based care as an alternative to being placed in a nursing facility. How do I know if I am eligible? Community based services are available for those who are: Eligible or potentially eligible for Medicaid Need the services provide by the CCSP and have physical limitations which restrict your ability to perform normal activities and live independently Appropriate for a nursing facility level of care You are able to live safely in the community with the CCSP services What services might be available for you? Home Health Services may include nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and medical social services to individuals who meet homebound criteria. Emergency response is a system, which enables clients to summon help for family, EMS, or others in the community.
